Our salary and benefits compare favourably to organisations in the same labour market. Unless otherwise mentioned 9% Superannuation is paid in addition to the salary range advertised.

A range of flexible working options exist to assist our employees achieve a work/life balance. These include:

  • Carer’s Leave;
  • 10 weeks Paid Parental Leave;
  • 13 weeks Long Service Leave after seven years; and

On-Site Recreation Facilities

A fully managed fitness centre incorporating personal fitness assessments, fully equipped gym, aerobics and circuit classes together with a 28-metre pool, heated spa and full size tennis court are available onsite. All facilities are provided at no cost and can be accessed after hours.

Wellness Program

A range of wellness activities including Healthy Heart Checks, skin cancer checks, shoulder and neck massages, flu vaccinations and a Weight Watchers at Work program are available at various times throughout the year.

Employee Assistance Program

A free confidential counselling service to assist with the resolution of personal and/or work related problems is open to all employees and immediate family members.

Eyesight Testing

Given that much of the day may be spent using computer based equipment, annual eyesight testing is available. Should you require glasses or contact lenses a subsidy to a maximum of $110 is available.
