Commissioners are
appointed by the Governor on the nomination of the Minister for Government
Enterprises.
Commissioners are appointed for terms up to three-years and are eligible
for re-appointment. The Minister appoints a Chairperson and Deputy
Chairperson from the six non-executive Commissioners.
