WorkCover WA has determined that the premium for an Industrial Diseases Policy will be $110.00 (including GST) effective from and after 4.00pm on 30 June 2006 to 30 June 2009 or part thereof. This was published in the Western Australian Government Gazette Special Edition 28th April 2006.
