The Insurance Commission of WA's service provider tools have been upgraded. The upgrades provide extra functionality and address some problems experienced by some users with the login screen and payment search results, as well as adding the following;

• On screen help for claimant and payment searches
• Ability to view the user manual from within the system
• New function to advise ICWA of any provider changes at your practice
• Contact us about non claim specific enquiries from within the system
