Funeral Expenses
will be considered subject to proof of the account, even though we may
have grounds for denying the claim in full or partially.
Bear in mind however, there is a limit of $10, 000.00. which covers
funeral and headstone expenses.
We will not meet Funeral Expenses in the following instances:
- Driver of the only vehicle involved
- Persons in a crash where no WA licenced vehicle was involved
- Occupants of "off road" vehicles, eg beach buggies and trail bikes
- Occupants of vehicles not required to be licensed used on private
property
- Driver of a stolen vehicles
