Liability

Agencies can lodge a general liability claim or a professional liability claim by completing a Liability Claim Form or Professional Liability Claim Form respectively together with correspondence and documentation relevant to an incident and send it to us.

Liability claims will generally be made after an incident in which a member of the public has notified the agency of an incident that may result in a potential liability.

Documentation received from the person making the claim (such as a letter of demand or similar) should also be included.
