Alison Wilson - Chief Strategy and Corporate Affairs Officer

Alison Wilson joined the Insurance Commission of Western Australia in July 2022 and is the Chief Strategy and Corporate Affairs Officer. She leads the Insurance Commission’s strategy, governance, risk, stakeholder engagement and communications functions, and provides strategic policy advice to Government.

Alison has extensive experience in strategy, public policy, and governance across the public and private sectors. She has led complex reform and economic development programs across Australia, Asia, North Africa, the Middle East and Eastern Europe. Her expertise in strategy development and execution, governance and stakeholder engagement supports the Insurance Commission’s delivery of Leading the Way for WA and its purpose of helping Western Australians protect against loss and recover from personal injury.
