We offer training for agencies to assist in managing their injuries, risk to the agency and to assist in reducing the incidence, severity and financial impact of adverse events.

In 2019 we are pleased to offer four Injury Management for Line Managers programs.  

We have recently developed a new program to assist those people responsible for submitting claims on behalf of their agency, particularly those people new to workers' compensation. Injury management is an important aspect of managing a claim, so in addition we would recommend that anyone who attends the new program follow this with attendance at the half day Fundamentals of Injury Management program.

Registrations for all programs will commence approximately one month prior to the scheduled date.
