We provide motor vehicle injury insurance for more than 1.9 million drivers and 3.2 million vehicles in Western Australia.

We also provide self-insurance arrangements for the Government, covering over 109 WA public authorities for workers’ compensation, property and liability.

The Insurance Commission of Western Australia Act 1986 and the Motor Vehicle (Third Party Insurance) Act 1943 guide our operations.

To meet insurance liabilities, we invest and manage assets in an investment portfolio valued over $7.5 billion. We also manage and underwrite a number of funds to facilitate our insurance operations.

Our goal is to deliver efficient and equitable insurance services to WA motorists and Government authorities.
