The Insurance Commission offers a two year graduate program, where all participants can gain experience across diverse parts of the organisation.
Graduates are provided with support and development opportunities from within the Insurance Commission as well as the broader network of Public Service Agencies in WA.
Each Graduate will have a tailored program, consisting of rotations in multiple areas of the Insurance Commission which may include:

Corporate functions | Legal services |
Fraud prevention | Communications |
Government relations | Policy |
