PERSONAL ACCIDENT CLAIM
For injury to board or committee members, volunteers, work experience persons and other specified persons as declared to and approved by the Insurance Commission whilst engaged in any official business, activity or duties arranged and authorised by the agency. Employees are covered by Workers Compensation .
TRAVEL CLAIM
For loss or injury incurred on travel while working for the agency.
MAKE A CLAIM
Lodge a personal accident claim or a travel claim by completing and returning the appropriate claim form to us as soon as practicable after the incident or event together with any relevant supporting information.
