ICWA Engages Additional Resources

The Insurance Commission has engaged additional resources to assist it pursue its interests in the Bell Group Liquidations.
Former Chief Justice of WA, Mr Wayne Martin AC QC and Mr Jonathon Carson, former partner at Clifford Chance will support the Insurance Commission in its endeavours to seek an end to the Bell Group Liquidations.
Legal advisers Jones Day, Quinn Emanuel and the State Solicitor’s Office continue to assist the Insurance Commission in the Bell Group Liquidations.
